I have fond memories of the Medal of Honor series. To this day, I still miss the exciting missions that the likes of Frontline and Rising Sun provided. I was chuffed at how EA decided to reboot the franchise with DICE leading the development of the game’s multiplayer component. The beta stage of the multiplayer is a very fun and immersive experience, despite some irritating problems.

Ubisoft has decided to release live action videos of Assasin's Creed to promote Assasin's Creed 2. The first video was released yesterday. The live action videos provide a background and explain the setting for the game. The video does get us in the mood for the game. Don't take our word for it, have a look at it yourself.

On my right I heard blade strikes and helpless screams; I had found what I was looking for. The TV was crowded by several on lookers as they lay witness to Kratos brutally mauling his victims. Fortunately the demo ended with a flying scene that was not as exciting and therefore dispersed the crowd. Without hesitation I picked up the controller and was ready to play God of War 3. This was the same demo that was on display at E3.

When I had first heard that Activision was working on a DJ game, I was sceptical and believed that they were attempting to milk the success of music based games. At the Sony Holiday Preview event yesterday, I was given the opportunity to check out DJ Hero. I am happy to say that my scepticism was unfounded and that FreeStyleGames have done a remarkable job with DJ Hero.

The atmosphere was great as people from the gaming media had a chance to check out the games and talk to the respective representatives of the video game companies. The games at the event included Forza 3, Left 4 Dead 2, Tony Hawk Ride and others. Although we were impressed by what was on display, the show was easily stolen by Splinter Cell Conviction. Read below for our previews and thoughts of the games that were present:
