Something very unique is about to happen in Jeddah (and other major cities in the Middle East) and it has gotten me excited. Actually, it has gotten me VERY excited. For the first time that I have known, a gaming tournament is about to take place here! From 21st May to 23rd May, all Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) fans can come with their copies of the latest game and participate for free to take their shot at the Sr. 5,000 prize money and winning a Chevrolet Cruze car in the finals. The Chevrolet PES Cup presented by XBOX360 has all the hallmarks of being a classic and I’m going out this weekend to buy myself a copy to become a part of this small history in the making. To register for the cup, visit the following link:

The games will be played around the Middle East including in major cities of countries including, Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, and K.S.A. The tournament will play out as follows:

5. The Winner of each stop will get an air ticket (2 tickets if winner is under 18) +
    accommodation in Dubai
6. Runners Up will receive a hamper of games.
7. The Winner of the Grand Final will receive a Chevrolet Cruze Car
8. If you did not find your name or your name did not appear on schedule, proceed     directly to the venue at 2 pm on Friday to register manually onsite.
9 In the interest of fairplay no personal gear (i.e. controller, console & memory) will be allowed to be used during the competition.

So mark off your calender and hope to see you there!
